Church of the Chimes Christian Education Ministries
The Youth Ministry here at Church of the Chimes is a vital and growing part of the church’s mission. In our youth programs we seek to help children live out their faith in a complex and sometimes crazy world. We help them to build a relationship with one another and most importantly with God. We share God’s love and our faith journey with the children so they can grow their own faith and begin walking their own spiritual journey. We offer worship times for the children and classes to learn of the Bible and Jesus' Life. Through this course of discovery, we help children of every age and every stage to grow in their faith and relationship with God!
Our goal for the spiritual education of our children here at Church of the Chimes is to develop our children's faith and guide them as they develop their relationship with God. We provide a time of learning where no one is judged, and the kids get to be themselves. The classes are divided into four sections:
TOT TITANS - Pre-school/Pre-K
LITTLE GIANTS – Kindergarten to 2nd
KIDS KLUB - 3rd to 6th grade
PILGRIM FELLOWSHIP - 7th grade through High School
Our Sunday School curriculum called Grow, Proclaim, Serve is Bible based, sparks curiosity, engages conversation, has great crafts and leads them on a faith journey. What we teach the children about Jesus and God is related to our modern world so the children can take their learning into their daily lives.
Our Faith Cafe nights are composed of potluck dinners, playing indoor & outdoor games, and participating in a short, spirit-filled, Bible lesson. In the summer months we even swim in our pool. We gather the 2nd Saturday of the month at 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Dreier Hall
Adult Study Opportunities
Congregationalists have long sought to seek God's will and guidance for our lives through study of the scripture. We seek to provide periodic opportunities for studying the scripture in a variety of ways. These programs are offered at various times to accommodate busy schedules. Faith Café Our summer Faith Café nights are times for fellowship with swimming, playing traditional outdoor games and sharing a pot-luck supper. They begin in June and run through August.
Adult Bible Study
Opportunities are scheduled throughout the year with a discussion of a variety of topics.

Our Vacation Bible School is during one week in the summer and is always a fun-filled time!
We have social activities for all ages:
Little Giants: ages 3 to 2nd grade;
Kids Klub: grade 3 through 6th grade
Pilgrim Fellowship: grades 7th through High School
All groups do fun-filled activities such as movie and bowling nights, laser tag, swimming and pizza parties to name a few.
